hlo dr, mere c section delivery hue h 4 month pahle mera pet kam nhi hora h jiske wajh se mere nabhi bhi complete pahle jaise andar nhi hore kya krna chaheya mujhe excercise start kr sakte h kya ab ?

A. yes you can start with daily walking and Mile exercise in the starting and then slowly after one month even for heavy workouts for tummy reducing even 7 to 10 minutes workout daily is very beneficial
