Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. may be any viral flu. Running nose and cold cough may be a sign of any viral infection . May be due to seasonal changes . Just steam as a home remedy along with montair lc and ascoril for cough and cold may be used .

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
