hlo doc..I'm in 10th week pregnant..getting constipated,what should I do..my doctor recommended duphalac syrup,drank but got gas..constipation still didn't get cured

Then kindly connect with your doctor again they’ll tell you what is there that you can have for home remedies I would recommend you that you can start the day with a glass of warm water and in the night before sleeping apply a drop or of castor oil in your navel that actually works like a natural laxative for people
