have lukewarm water every hour.
avoid spicy and oily food.
replace regular tea with green tea

Hello When it is not helping you then what is the point repeating to ask your doctor to suggest you something better that will help you in the meanwhile I’ll advise you to start having good amount of water into your diet butter milk coconut water to build in your body hydration and start having warm water in the night before You go to sleep and in the morning after you wake up
