Hi I am 7 months pregnant.I m facing constipation problem... please help me

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. constipation is little bit common during pregnancy because of different reasons but it takes a lot of water in summer particularly all types of green leafy vegetables and all seasonal fruits to avoid constipation

Sowmya MMom of 3 children4 years agoA. hello actually constipation is quite natural you have to balance your diet and also just try to take good intake of food add ghee in your daily diet and also just so the raisins overnight and early morning you have to have it and take lots and lots of fluid
