I m suffering from Constipation i m 9week pregnant? What to do my gyneo Suggested me Duphalac Syrup 15ml it is also not working on me?

A. Hello, your question is related to your pregnancy so if you are pregnant at 6/9 weeks and have a constipation then drink plenty of fluids and eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and take duphalac syrup 15 ml at night sos
