#AskTheExpert my son got constipated. Duphalac given . didn't get solution.

A. Your child is having constipation for which kindly give plenty of water to drink and fibre diet made from cereals pulses vegetables and fruits. Changes in diet has to be made Specially give papaya, banana, oats, fennel seeds water pear, prune, pineapple, resins, plum as it will help in decreasing constipation. Even after that the problem continues kindly meet your doctor for constipation medicine. it is important for you to know that that the problem of constipation will improve with increasing age of the child. You may increase or or decrease the dosage of constipation medicine if needed according to the consistency of the stool.

A. Hi parent You may give her a spoon of lukewarm water Every half an hour in the day time don't feed her the food that is tough to digest don't.use demineralized water use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 you may add punch of salt
