A. Dear parent, if your baby is active, playful and achieving all growth milestones then do not worry. For healthy weight gain, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins, dates to baby’s diet. Add ghee to baby’s food.

Hi mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
