How can my daughter will grow up her weight

A. Dear mum, to grow your daughters weight, give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. 500 ml or more of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods like meat, chicken, fish. Give variety of grains, cereal, pulses and legumes. Add ghee to baby’s food. Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, raisins, cashew nuts, dates to baby’s diet.
