A. Hello, your baby boy is 10 months old and he is getting small red bumps on his scalp so mostly sebboric dermatitis and it needs good hygiene and ointment surfaz sn twice a day

A. it can beany alelrgy. Child specialist should be seen for this as proper treatment and management required a proper examination of baby by the doctor. As such no any self medication should be given to baby .
