For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking
once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support.
Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor.

Yes you can but your doctor is going to suggest which one do you need to give me the screen or yoga has set of exercises which are meant to do every day so if you are doing it every day then there is no problem so I’m just going to advise you to consult your gynaecologist once regarding the same
