Q.

hiii I delivered the baby around 20 days back via normal delivery with epidural but I have a severe back pain is it due to epidural the pain village go or haunt us till life time I'm so cared suggest some remedies to get rid of this pain

A. hi mom, I also had normal delivery with epidural. initially upto 1 to 1.5 years, I had back pain. I also blamed epidural only. but the real fact is, now I don't have any pain. do yoga and exercise after some months. all the best to recover soon.

A. A A lot of women take a exercises they are very very important specially normal delivery that’s going to help quite a lot in relieving the pain kegal exercises and mandatory to tighten up your vaginal muscles and to deal with all these pains
