DivyaMom of a 6 yr 7 m old girl3 years agoA. hi mom, I also had normal delivery with epidural. initially upto 1 to 1.5 years, I had back pain. I also blamed epidural only. but the real fact is, now I don't have any pain.
do yoga and exercise after some months.
