kindly see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency like iron folic acid calcium vitamin d and vitamin b12 and take supplements accordingly if there is deficiency.
you should have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain.
for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy.
meet your doctor if it is not improving.
advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Don't rub hands while massaging ,take that vertebra part very carefully while taking massage,and when I had done streching exercise by only lying on bed slowly 2 or 3 rep once ,it show the result, feed ur baby by taking pillow on lap,or laying ut child beside u,don't put pillows under ur head for some days,plus very important take multivitamin, vitamin B12(meganeuron),Calcium capsules daily, last but not least take dry fruits alsi methi gond ladoo.By all this i had ride of back pain by the way I am a Physician. take care
