hiii doc. my baby is 11 months old and she is 8.8 kgs. she is suffering from heavy cold and fever from last 2 days. fever is around 99-100. fever is coming for every 6 hrs even we giving p125 drops. for cold we were using sinarest AF drops. for cough we are using mucolite. what should we do now?
