hii,my son is 9month and 28days old...he is always having cold...whenever he breath I can notice cold sound...bcoz of that I not even tried any fruits ,veg or curd anything...only idly and dal rice... am a breastfeeding mom....plzz suggests ur ideas what's the reason

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 9 months old and he is having a cold and nasal congestion always so keep him away from dust and smoke and no fans or AC and use nasoclear nasal drops two times a day

Hello ma’am If your child is having cold then you can consult your doctor for a proper course of medication as that is what is going to help you and you can give fruits curd then vegetable everything to your child but it should be on room temperature as that’s the right way to go about it avoiding is not going to help your
