Hii, my baby is about to 11 months he has red rashes on his back . what is the reason? Is it worried about?

It might be heat rashes but still needs to be examined as skin problems should be physically examined so either share a pic or consult your doctor and avoid itching or scratching the skin abd give bath daily abd make him wear light cotton clothes
