A. wear abdominal belt for tightening loose abdomen muscles. eat low calorie diet. reduce your sugar and fat intake start with walk and slowly switch to simple exercises.. avoid sitting for prolonged hours

A. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Eat more protein and fibre rich foods. Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Good luck and take care.
