Hii m a mother of 10 months old baby boy still after 10 months of c section I won’t fell easy always becomes irritating in small situations

please avoid stress
please take daily sun light exposure
please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your daily diet
