#asktheexperts Hi. I am a mother of 10 months old baby. I had a c-section. Can i include running in my routine now?

A. Hi, you can start with slow walking and yoga. Avoid running. It is not suggested. Please take good care until 2 to 3 years. Once you start yoga and you feel like you are fit and you’re ready for the running then you can do running.Write Your Answer Here
