Q.

Hii I have a query that how can I increase breast milk supply as it is very low. I am including shatavari as well as lactonic granules in my daily eating pattern. Kindly help and suggest what can be done to cure this.

A. It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often. Have fluids before and after breast feeding. Natural foods to enhance lactam/ breast milk is dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makkhana everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements. continue with shatavari powder
