Q.

I feel like I have a very low milk supply. I am taking proper diet still I have to feed my baby powder milk as well. What should I do to increase my breast milk supply? Also how to identify whether my milk supply is enough or not?

A. The support of lactation supplements fenugreek capsules are supposed to be nice you can try that and along with that you should have healthy diet and consume good amount of liquids as well if the milk is not enough for the child then yes you can give powder milk to your child
