Hii, I had c section one month ago and am also completing second month soon till now I didn't wear postpartum belt is it necessary to wear or is it late to wear or can I start now if I started now can I use belt or clothes wrapping

Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr 2 m old child4 years agoA. Hi dear mom Postpartum belt should be be worn after the delivery till three months. So u can start to wear it now. There is no problem in that. Eat healthy and nutritious diet for healthy milk supply. Take care
