hii..i am 20 week pregnant and dont know why my weight is increasing every month..how to control it.. suggest me pls

A. Hi . it is expected for you to gain weight every month in pregnancy it is a normal course of every pregnancy if you are worried about being overweight make sure you are having a balanced diet avoid taking refined foods and simple sugars make sure you are taking complex carbohydrates

A. Hello dear parent, you should get yourself checked on regular basis. As you are pregnant and your body type mcould be the reason for your continuous weight gain. But your gynaecologist will guide you better.
