#AskTheExpert my weight is increasing so rapidly. my doctor told me to control. what type of diet I should eat. I am 26 weeks pregnant.

A. dear mom control on high calorie foods and include good protiens like dals, eggs, chicken ,paneer soya, tofu, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well walk for 15 to 20 mins twice a day
