I am 12 week pregnant. please suggest me good food for increasing my weight. because in last two month I lasted my 3 kg weight.

A. hi mom try to have good proteins like dals eggs chicken paneer soya curds tofu have milkshakes lassi paneer parathas egg or chicken or paneer rice mix vegetables dal khichdi
