Hii everyone there s a red colour rashes and d skin is rough on d cheeks anyone suggest me wt to do which products has to use or any home remedies help me please

A. that can be because of cold weather. Applying petroleum jelly ,it will lock in that moisture. best during winters, comuts, some rashes. also use mild soap to bath, do daily massage.
