A. hello mom, as nowadays kids are washing their hands so frequently that due to hand wash their skin becomes so dry so it will be better to choose hand wash which is very mild to kids sensitive skin.. before going to bed apply petroleum jelly and wear hand gloves.. applying fresh Aloe Vera Gel will also help
