hii doctor, my girl is 3 years old she is hvng high fever I gave her solvin cold DS, but no relief now I m using cold water spunge on her body ... fever still what should I do??

A. Hello, your baby girl is 3 years old and she is having a fever so don’t give her a syrup Solvin cold but instead of it give her plenty of water and syrup paracetamol 6 ml three times a day
