hii doctor,my daughter birth weight is 2.9kg now 120 days complete but she is only 4.4kg is it normal...Or shall I start any solid food or ragi kanji

Your child is having a little less weight gain as per the age of 120 days it should be at least 2 kg more than the birth weight of the child so this is little less so I’m just going to recommend you currently that you please consult your doctor and start giving another milk alongside food cannot be given before completing the time of six months
