hii doctor good morning my 11 months baby girl have light cold till 1 day present I gave to her levocetirizine syrup this is good?

now no fever temperature also 88.9f
in case fever comes how much should be paracetamol give to her

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. steam for now.Some running nose or phlem is due to the common cold and flu due to season change . Steam along with other home remedy like maintain baby temperature will help . Other medications like paracetamol for fever can be given if any fever .
