hi doctor sir, my daughter 1 year 11 month baby she having cold running nose my local doctor suggest Northinitis syrup(phenylephrine Hydrochloride & chlorpheniramine Maleate Syrup ip) 3 times a day 4 ml i can use this syrup 1 year 11 month baby please suggest

give home made food.
crush and boil tulsi and ginger and filter to make tulsi ginger water.
(honey can be added to this tulsi ginger water if age of the more than 1 year of age)
give more water to drink to keep the child hydrated.
also turmeric with milk can be given twice daily.
saline drops for nasal blockage.
