Hi mom Stay hydrated Do some light exercise yoga regularly Burp well after every feeding Apply coconut oil or olive oil Massage regularly with coconut oil Take painkillers Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
