Hello ma'am! How long does the C-section take time to recover? Can you also suggest some exercises to avoid stomach fat and back pain?

Maam actually takes about 7 to 8 months to heal completely because internal stitches take a lot of time to be after that once your doctor confirms you can go for any kind of exercise I don’t know what is the term of your C-section but this is the basic that you can follow
