Q.

Hi, there's a sudden drop, and the supply is very low, though I drink lots of water and eat all the necessary food items that boost milk supply. I also tried taking lactating tablets to increase the supply, which was of no use. How do I increase it??

A. Shatavari powder is a good lactation supplement I don’t know which one have you taken try taking this if it helps you you can take it three times in the day with warm milk apart from that also I’m going to recommend you to have plenty of fibres and fluids in your diet that would also be a good option for you and if nothing helps then formula is the last option that you can use
