See These bells are going to only help you to keep your stomach in place so it does not sad it is not going to help you in reducing down your tummy in any manner so for reducing down your stomach will have to go for a workout only whether you go for a yoga belt or go for a maternity belt it is not going to help you in reducing down your weight
