hi sir plz help my child has fever suddenly with 103 degree and given paracetamol 250 she is very week what can I do now

A. hello parents, kindly check body temorature timely. give paeacetomol in right dose in evrry 4 to 6 hourly. give lots of rest. and cobsukt yiur doctor if no improvement after 3 days.
