my son is 4 years old.he has 103 degree Celsius fever since last two days. I gave lbuprofen and paracetamol suspension syrup.what should I do . please suggest me

A. hello dear if fever is so high and that too from 2 days then just paracetamol is not sufficient u need to consult with ur sometime even antibiotics are required u can do cold water bandages if fever is so high
