Q.

my son is having 103° fever. I m giving him paracetamol 250 mg 2.5 ml . what else should I do

A. yes give paracetomol in 6 hourly, dobtepid sponging in case of high grade fever. give him lots of liquids, visit your doctor if no improvement after 3 days.
