A. After a complete evaluation, if the ventriculomegaly is mild and isolated, the outcome is most commonly normal. With isolated moderate ventriculomegaly of 13–15 mm, after a complete evaluation, the outcome is likely to be favorable, but there is an increased risk of neurodevelopmental disabilities.
