hi sir good morning I have 1 and 1/2 month baby girl she is suffering from cold we have consulted doctors he only recommended nasal drops will be any oral syrup for cold and little bit of cough ...

A. baby is 1.5 months oral drops not advisable unless te cold is severe Hi parent give saline nasal drops and steam inhalation with baby rub avoid exposure to cold weather if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

A. Saline solution is the only safe nasal spray for babies, infants, and toddlers. To use saline solution, lay the baby down on their back and, if possible, slightly tilt their head back (don't force it, though). Then spray two to three drops of saline spray into each nostril.
