Q.
hi sir .. for last 15days there is cold and throte pain .. not get clear .. wat can I do

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. nasal saline drops can be given again and again to the child because it is salt water which will help in decreasing the nasal blockage by clearing the mucus
try to prevent temperature variations around the child which is the most common cause of cough and cold in small children.can give indirect steam inhalation .
anti-cold medicinxes at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation.
for fever and pain give paracetamol
continue the regular diet which is being given to the child

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaggluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
