Hi, Post delivery i am suffering from heavy hair fall problem also gained fat on the stomach. please help. Thank you

Gaane fat is completely normal because you eat well and feed well Sudhir things are normal during that time but yes if you feel that you are suffering with severe hair fall then that is basically due to postpartum hair for which is very common with women soil suggest you to go ahead with using an onion coconut oil which you can very well prepared at home yourself otherwise you can order it online as well
