hi doctor, I am suffering from bad hair fall post delivery. please suggest how to prevent from hair fall or is it natural?

please do the following things:
take healthy and well blanaced diet
it is best to take multi grain food, fresh fruit like strawberry amla pomegranate etc more.
keep your body well hydrated
avoid drinking RO water
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
apply coconut oil daily on your hair
wash your hair with mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder
or prepare paste of methidana (soaked in water overnight)with curd, apply it on your hair and leave it to dry then rinse with Luke warm water.
