hi , pls suggest how to take shatavari tablets . is it to be taken after meals or before ? once or twice in a day ?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. hi, take shatavari table after meals two times a day.. 1 or 2 each time according to your need. if you have very less milk supply take 2 tables after lunch and dinner.

Though It’s mentioned on the bottle itself how do you need to take it but otherwise would advise you to take it before a meal and you can take it twice a day see these are medicines which you can take before or after a meal or any time in the day as per your convenience but why a day
