Hello , I’ve started giving Aptagrow to my son and wanted to ask whether it should be given once or twice a day.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi as far as I know,it can be given after age of 3 years so please avoid giving it to your 2 years old child please focus on giving diverse and nutritious diet which includes a variety of fruits, vegetables,whole grain food items,lean protines and dairy products.
