can I use lactare tablets and shatavari powder at a time?. if yes how the dosage to b taken?

A. Yes you can if one of them is not helping you and shatavari capsules one capsule can be taken twice a day after meals and keep feeding your baby on regular intervals

A. Hello dear parent! Try taking one at a time. It is advisable for you to consult your doctor for further advice. Include methi in your daily diet to increase breastmilk supply. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
