hi pcv vaccine do compulsory for children... this vaccine is not in government hospital

A. yet definitely PCV vaccine should be even to children to protect again pneumonia further you need to contact with your doctor for a proper guidance regarding the query and the doctor will give you a proper explanation for this which needs to be followed
