Hi, my wife is now 15 weeks pregnant, she's having gastric and bloating, she took pan40 tablet and is having relief, but instead of allopathic medicine. Please suggest some ayurvedic preparation safe to use

You have to consult an Ayurvedic doctor only because this way we cannot suggest the medicine especially during the time of pregnancy it should not be done like that if you’re looking for other medication then you have to consult a doctor in person you can consult an Ayurvedic gynaecologist maybe
