Hi.. my twins baby for 6 month complete . My girl baby face red dots seeing so what reasons in faces . Ani allergy or not .

Observe rashes if rashes are like ghamoriya (small sooji) on one or two places then it's allergy due to any product or food allergy.. check diet avoid new food items, products which are unsuitable to baby. If rashes are like heat boils reddishness like bubbles then due to heat. Apply coconut oil on rashes,if you observe rashes are not reducing or spreading to other parts then consult pediatrician or physician.

It could be mostly due to some deficiency in the body but you can only be sure about it after you getting it checked with your doctor because Dr is actually going to give you a proper clarity as to what could possibly be the situation and what is needed to be done for this
