hi my twin baby boys r in 7 th month from 4days itself they getting loose motions both doing more than 10 times n fully water motion, I am giving sporlac powder n metronidazole n ofloxcin suspension drops even though it is not reduced what to do

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. it is not advisable to use the combination of ofloxacin and metronidazole to the babies below the age of 2 years since they damage the cartilage and growing bone in the baby consult a doctor for proper medication

kindly consult with your pediatrician once and get the baby examined properly.
serve ors water as well.
serve little saunf water with a pinch of rock salt in it.
it might help.
